How do I book a tour?

To book a tour, go to our main page and click on the either of our 4 listed tours. Fill out the booking information and someone from our team will reach out to you to confirm your reservation and to receive your deposit.

What if the time allotted for any of the tours isn't enough?

You have the option of adding 2 hours to any of our tours. Please inquire at the time of booking.

I want to book the Half Day Full City Tour but would like to see more of Los Angeles.

Any additional locations can be added to your tour, but depending on the distance between locations you may have to either add 2 more additional hours to your Half Day Tour (for a total of 6 hours in the day) or book the Full Day City Tour instead.

How do I book a car service?

To book a car service, fill out this form and provide the required details. Someone from our team will reach out to you to confirm your booking time and take your deposit.

How much is the deposit? Are there any other expected fees?

The deposit is 50% of your total booking fee and will be taken from you over the phone upon confirmation of your booking time.

As service charge is not included in the price of booking, there is a suggested tipping minimum of $20 per passenger (in cash) to your driver.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted via email within 48 hours of your booking time. Your deposit will be fully refundable to you.

If you have booked a car service and need to cancel due to a flight cancellation:

  • If your flight is cancelled before your driver is in transit to your specified pick-up location, your deposit is fully refundable.
  • If your flight is cancelled after your driver is in transit to your specified pick-up location, your deposit will be forfeited.
